Intake and pre-cleaning
The wheat purchased from the farm is mixed with large impurities such as stones, weeds, sand, rags. When these impurities enter the equipment, they may cause damage to the equipment. Therefore, preliminary cleaning is required before the wheat is put into the warehouse.

Cleaning and conditioning
The pre-cleaned wheat needs further cleaning before being ground to remove more small impurities and ensure the taste and quality of the flour. After the clean wheat enters the wheat conditioning bin, it is adjusted with water. After water is added to the wheat, the toughness of the epidermis is enhanced and the strength of the endosperm is reduced, making it easier for the subsequent milling process.

Milling
The wheat is cleaned and conditioning to become clean wheat suitable for milling. The principle of modern milling is to separate the bran and endosperm (flour) by grinding the wheat grains, gradually grinding , and using multiple sieves. That is, according to the fact that the structure of the wheat cortex is tight and tough, while the endosperm tissue is loose and soft, under the same pressure, shear force and cutting force, the particles produced after crushing are of different sizes. At the same time, the separation method is combined with sieving to achieve and removing the bran and retaining the flour.

Fost- Processing and PLC system
After wheat is processed into flour, post-processing is required, including insecticide, mixing,weighing ,bagging and other matters. Post-processing can stabilize flour quality and increase variety.
In addition, according to the different needs of customers, we can carry out machine design and develop automation and control architecture based on the most modern PLC system, and customers can easily see more detailed intelligent production data.
