die head, mold and calibrator: the calibrators are cooled by water,the water can be cycling use with water chiller.

cooling stacker: the cooling stacker is used for cooling the WPC foam board to ensure the flatness of the board.


haul off machine: WPC foam board requires very strong haul off force,so that we equip 8-10 pairs rubber rollers for haul off.


edge cutting: cut the WPC foam board into required width, cut away the waste edges,
the cutting wastage can be recycled and reuse again.
