Product Description
The YG type explosion-proof pipeline oil pump is designed and manufactured in compliance with the relevant regulations of the American Petroleum Institute API610 (General Refinery Centrifugal Pump Standard) and GB3215-82 "General Technical Requirements for Centrifugal Pumps for Refinery Chemical and Petrochemical Processes".

Pump Feature 1- It is possible to work outdoors without building a pump room.
2- The inlet and outlet flanges are on the same centerline, which can be directly installed on the pipeline. The vertical structure, integrated machine, and pump have a small footprint and are very convenient for installation.
3- The use of high-quality mechanical seals has no leakage, which effectively reduces the oil and gas content of the pump room, improves the working environment, and improves the safety and reliability of the pump room. 4- The key components are made of high-quality new materials. According to the corrosives and temperature requirements of the conveying medium, the working reliability and service life of the pump are improved. 5- Use EX explosion-proof motor with explosion-proof grade DIIBT4. Material: cast iron, stainless steel.
Work Condition
1- Suction pressure ≤1.0MPa, or pump system maximum working pressure ≤1.6MPa, that is, pump suction inlet pressure + pump head ≤1.6MPa, pump static pressure test pressure is 2.5MPa, please indicate the system working pressure when ordering. When the working pressure of the pump system is greater than 1.6MPa, it should be stated separately when ordering, so that the flow-through part and the connecting part of the pump are made of cast steel.
2- The ambient temperature is less than 40ºC, and the relative humidity is less than 95%.
3- The volume content of solid particles in the conveyed medium does not exceed 0.1% of the unit volume, and the particle size is greater than 0.2mm.
Note: If the medium used is with fine particles, please specify when ordering so that the manufacturer can use wear-resistant mechanical seals.
Pump Application

1- YG-type explosion-proof pipeline pump is used to transport petroleum products such as gasoline, kerosene, diesel, etc. The temperature of the conveyed medium is -20ºC-+120ºC.
2- The explosion-proof pipeline oil pump is mainly used for pipeline pressurization, long-distance transportation of gasoline, kerosene, diesel, aviation oil, and other oils, as well as other non-corrosive liquids. Applicable to oil depots, petrol stations, chemicals, mining, petrochemicals, enterprises, and institutions, etc.
