Main functions and features:
1.MK- F50x (1000- 3000) CNC (end face) cylindrical grinder is a large-scale CNC machine tool product designed, developed and manufactured by our company. This series of machine tools is suitable for batch or large quantities of large shaft parts.For mass production occasions, the process of rough and fine grinding-secondary clamping combined grinding and the combined grinding of profile grinding wheels and ordinary grinding wheels is solved.
2.Adopt Siemens 828 three-axis two-linkage CNC system. The feed of the double grinding wheel frame (X1. X2 axis) and the movement of the worktable (Z axis) are respectively controlled by AC servo motors.
3.The grinding wheel spindle adopts a high-rigidity dynamic and static pressure spindle system, which has the characteristics of high rotation accuracy and strong load-bearing capacity. The grinding wheel linear speed reaches 45m/s.
4.The headstock (C-axis) is driven by a servo motor to control the synchronous pulley to ensure stable and reliable grinding. Automatic loading and unloading can be realized.
5.The tailstock adopts servo constant force automatic tightening mechanism. The tightening force is adjustable to ensure grinding accuracy.
6.A variety of diamond dressing devices can be selected for grinding wheel dressing to achieve precise dressing of complex grinding wheel surfaces and automatic compensation.
7.Through the axial positioning of the end face probe, two sets of cylindrical measuring instruments control two cylindrical grinding locations respectively, realizing closed-loop control of outer diameter grinding.
