Instruction
Horizontal screw continuous decanter centrifuge is for 0.002-3mm material for clarification, separation,
dehydration, or classify 1um-5um solid phased particles. This is three phase decanter centrifuge, which can
separate the water and solid from the oil.
Feature
It is wide application range, work continuously, large processing capacity, low cost, convenient
maintenance and so on. It is the best equipment for separating solid-liquid.

Application:
It is widely used in chemical industry, light industry, medicine, food, paper making, mining and other industries.
For LW decanter centrifuge, we have two different types, one is LW decanter centrifuge , which is two phase
centrifuge(solid liquid centrifuge), another is three phase centrifuge (solid liquid liquid centrifuge.)
LW two phase appication in :
Liquid clarification: to remove the solid particles in suspension to get clarify liquid.
Solid phase dehydration: dealing with the solid particles to reach dehydration material.
Particle size classification: to remove solid particle of large size in material.
1. coking, industrial sludge concentration, sludge dewatering
2. Food and drink fruit juice slag, slag of animal oil, plant oil, Soy protein isolates of dehydration,
concentration of fish protein, wheat starch B dehydratio.
3.Chemical * barium dehydration, kaolin industry classification and grade of graphite and PPT,
classification of drilling mud.
LWS three phase centrifuge
For three phase separation, to remove moisture and solid sludge from all kinds of oil.
