Features:
1. High stength cast iron with aging treated to release the internal stress. Double estrawide rectangle guideways on the bed, large span, good rigidity, enlarge the load capacity, ensure the worktable moving stability and longitudinal ultimate travel precision reliability.
2. X, Y, Z guideways and worktable surface are hardened and precision ground.
3. The spindle runs on precision bearings, suitable for long term high speed running and heavy duty cutting, processing accuracy is stable and reliable.
4. Guideways with expansion metal cover for protection, avoding the ashes and metal chips to break the guideways.
5. Covergent operation panel makes operation more convenient, increasing work efficiency.
6. Precision ball rolling leadscrews transmit, double servo motors drive, ensure higher feed accuracy, and can realize 1-3000mm/min rapid cutting and idle feed, increasing efficiency.
7. Full gears transmitting headstock, ISO50 spindle through reconditioning, carburizing and quenching processes, decreases the strain to the lowest and increases the rigidity, suitable for high precision heavy duty cutting.
8. X, Y axes equipped with electric-magnetic clutches, can realize quick exchange between manual and power feed.
9. Three axes precision digital readout indicator(DRO), with electronic handwheel(MPG), extremely minimize the setting time. Controlling equivalent: 0.001mm.
10. Program controlled lubricating system, can realize multiple points and steps automatic lubricate.
