Machine Features: The bed is distributed on the left and right sides of the worktable. The longitudinal (X-axis) movement of the gantry leans against the imported high-load-bearing linear roller guide pair arranged horizontally on the bed. The middle of the two guides is driven by a servo motor through a precision planetary reducer and The large pitch ball screw pair is driven synchronously on both sides.
The drilling power box of this machine is a rigid precision spindle type, adopts Taiwan BT50 internal cooling spindle, the spindle taper has a purging device, and can use cemented carbide internal cooling drills with high precision.Equipped with Taiwanese hydraulic cutter cylinder, using a hydraulic disc spring to automatically loosen and broach the knife, equipped with a tool tension state monitoring device, and an effective safety interlock protection device. It is extremely convenient to load and unload knives.
