This DD50N/2 is mainly used for processing the holes on the tube plate of the shell and tube heat exchanger used in the petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, thermal power station, nuclear power plant and other industries. The maximum diameter of the workpiece is φ4000mm (need to be turned 180°), and the maximum drilling The depth is 750mm. The machine tool has high efficiency and good accuracy. The surface roughness of the drilling can reach Ra6.3~Ra3.2, the precision of the hole diameter can reach IT9~IT10, and the straightness of the hole is 0.3-0.8mm/800mm.
