This sophisticated machine comprises a robust frame, an intricately designed warm-box device, a reliable traction device, a precise cutting device, an efficient cooling system, a durable hydraulic system, and an advanced electrical control system.
Post-smelting, Upon opening the tin solder material valve, liquid tin seamlessly flows through the guide tube into the billet casting machine's attemperator, where it undergoes precise temperature adjustments. To achieve the optimal casting temperature, begin by opening the tin valve of the attemperator. Liquid tin seamlessly fills the formed shell and, once fully cooled, a traction device expertly pulls the billet out. As the drawing reaches the specified length, the cutting unit, equipped with precision saw blades, efficiently cuts off the billet. The perfectly cut billets are then transferred to the shelf, all executed under the watchful eye of an automatic control system ensuring a flawless operation.
The machine boasts an advanced control system utilizing PLC technology to provide precise monitoring of production status. Every process parameter is vividly displayed and can be modified on the color touch screen, ensuring a streamlined and efficient operation.
Depending on the composition of the solder material, the drawing time can be precisely set to ensure reliable traction. The system includes a full suite of automatic alarms for material shortages, safeguarding both equipment and personnel safety.
Tailored to the user's extrusion requirements, you can customize the cutting length of the billet to meet downstream process demands. The state-of-the-art cooling system provides water at a temperature not exceeding 30°C, ensuring optimal conditions.
