YSF series relief valve is a pressure relief device developed by our company, which is used to protect the safe operation of the oil tank and can monitor the pressure change inside the oil tank in real time. It is mainly used in oil-immersed power transformers, power capacitors, reactors, etc. On power equipment, it can also be used to release the pressure when the oil tank of the on-load switch is over pressured.
When the oil-immersed transformer fails during operation, due to the overheating of the coil, part of the transformer oil is vaporized, and the pressure in the transformer tank increases rapidly. At this time, the pressure relief valve acts quickly within 2ms to protect the tank from deformation or bursting. When the pressure in the tank rises again to reach the cracking pressure, the pressure relief valve operates again until the pressure in the tank drops to normal. At the same time, it can effectively prevent external air, dust, impurities, water vapor, etc. from entering the running transformer, thereby protecting the transformer from damage.

Φ80mm, Φ130mm diameter pressure relief valve is mainly suitable for the pressure relief of large oil-immersed power transformers, power capacitors, reactors and other equipment when the oil tank is overpressured.
When the internal pressure of the oil-immersed power transformer tank rises sharply due to an accident, if the pressure is not released in time, the tank will deform or even burst. The pressure relief valve can be opened quickly when the pressure of the fuel tank rises to its opening pressure value, so that the pressure in the fuel tank is quickly reduced. When the pressure drops to the closing pressure value of the pressure relief valve, the pressure relief valve is closed reliably, so that the positive pressure in the fuel tank is always maintained, and the external air, water and other impurities are effectively prevented from entering the fuel tank. The pressure relief valve with directional oil injection device (hereinafter referred to as the directional oil injection pressure relief valve) can spray the released transformer oil directionally, and guide it into the oil collecting pool through the oil guide pipe to prevent oil from splashing and meet the requirements of fire protection and environmental protection.

Installation and use of pressure relief valve:
(1) the pressure relief valve is generally installed on the oil tank cover or side wall of the transformer.
(2) for pressure relief valve with flange structure, flange base shall be equipped.
(3) for threaded products, see the installation size for the opening size on the transformer tank cover.
(4) each product is equipped with a safety helmet, but it is only convenient for users to use when conducting the overall sealing test of the transformer. It must be removed before operation.
