Machine DescriptionMF IBC Frame Welding machine is able to finish each mesh production in 60s.
The double feeding rack design was able to feed the pipe, while the main welder is working.
MF system was used to ensure the welding quality for the frame.
110N-190N twisted force can be reached of each welding point. Machine Consist by following parts:
Double layer per-feeding table The elevated working platform in the navigation table allows the main welding frame to constantly working while workers putting pipes in to the per-loading navigation table. The servo motor is used to transport the navigate table more stable and accurate. The pipe position mold is all processed by CNC machines to ensure the accuracy level of metallic gird. Main weld Frame Four set of MF transformer are used to control 6 set of welding electrodes to ensure good welding quality for each welding spot. The two-side piano type welding style can speed up the welding process. Each metallic grid mesh can be finish with one minute. Upper and lower air cylinder design can ensure the flat welding position. Welding electrode with screw design can make the each electrode more durable. Unloading Table ( automatic unloading available with robotic arm)

If you want to extend the warranty period, there will be extra cost. Q3: What if my machine damaged doing the warranty period?Answer: firstly, our engineer will help you to diagnose the problem via online guidance. if any parts damaged during the warranty period, we will send the parts to you for replacement free of charge. If you can not fix he problem by replacement of the new parts, we will send engineer to your factory to help fixing the machine.Q4: What is the delivery time of your machine?Answer: it depends on the complexity of your machine. Most of our standard machine we got in stock, then we can shape the machine with the seven days after receiving your payment.
