A wax block forming machine is a sophisticated device meticulously crafted to transform liquid wax into perfectly shaped wax blocks. It combines cutting-edge technology with user-friendly operation, offering unparalleled precision in formation and shape retention.
Our innovative system begins by transporting liquid wax through a pipeline or container to the wax storage tank of the forming machine. This machine expertly blends heated melted paraffin wax, beeswax, and other materials. Equipped with advanced heating and temperature control devices, the tank maintains paraffin wax at an optimal temperature range of 50-70 degrees Celsius. As the liquid wax flows into the mold, it solidifies swiftly, aided by the efficiency of circulating cooling water within the mold's cooling channel. The mold's precise design dictates the wax block's final shape. During the solidification process, the forming machine may apply pressure, enhancing the block's structural integrity and ensuring a smooth, refined surface. Once fully solidified, an ejecting or mold-opening mechanism skillfully removes the wax block, ready for use.
