The water&powder mixer is composed with main machine body and pump gear(vertically installed),sucks the materials of liquid and solid through a dual-layer pipe,can keep a part of pre-solidified material from engering the main body of the machine. The liquids flow into the main body of mixer,and generate a vacuum in the center of rotor and stator,enables the solid materials to be sucked evenly by adjustment of valve equipped under the hopper.Simple design, varied function. With the mixer,you can fastly/homogeneously incorporate many type of solid materials,no contacting with air,fully mixed and circulated,in the shortest time,the material can be dispersed,sheared,emulsified,and the particle distribution range can be narrowed,so that,the fine products with long-term stability can be produced.
