Product Description
Applicable Industry:
Used for the drilling processing for steel, stainless steel and composite material. It is mainly used for drilling (including blind holes) process of the tube plate, baffle plate in petrochemical machinery, air condenser, heat exchanger etc. and large flange manufacturing, and also for joint plates in building, bridge, iron tower, etc.
This equipment consists of lathe bed work table, movable gantry, longitudinal slide carriage, numerical control slide board, drill power box, automatic chip cleaner and circulation cooling system, electrical system etc.
Product feature:
1. Servo slide drilling unit heads, with the function of drilling holes, reaming, chamfering, milling of groove, can work together, or work separately.
2. Automatically find pot to dill holes in X,Y axis. Spindle rotation speed and feed velocity are stepless adjustment.
3. T-groove is set on lathe bed, using pressure plate to clamp workpiece.
4. Equipped with the edge finder device to find the center of workpiece.
5. Programming software based on WINDOWS with CAD, fast and convenient programming, and visual previewing.
6. Automatic chip removal, coolant circulation cooling.
7. Key machinery, hydraulic pressure, electric components all famous brands.
8. First choice equipment of tube plate drilling in heat exchange, chemical & mechanical industry.
9. Controlled by PLC system; Shown by LCD screen of LENOVO computer.
