High Shear Liquid Mixer Machines are combined with two blending pots: one heating pot and the other cooling pot, operation platform, control cabinet; relevant filter, which is suitable for the production of cleaning products, shampoo.
Performance and Features:
1. The mixing system adopts one-way or two-way wall scraping mixing and frequency conversion speed adjustment to meet production of different technological requirements.
2. Materials can be heated or cooled accordingly to different technological requirements.The heating modes can such as steam and electric heating are available according to customers' requirements.
3. Various forms of mixing vanes are suitable for production of different types of products
4. Made of imported SS304 or SS316L stainless steel. The tans body and pipe are subjected to mirror polishing.
5. Bottom installation type dispersing head and pipeline type emulsifying head are optional to speed up dissolution and emulsification of material 6. The stainless steel electric control cabinet can completely monitor the operation of equipment, and display such data as temperature, mixing rotation speed, etc.
