This is a PLC machine with a screen. You can set various chamfering modes, cut to the end, or only cut the selected part. Since the program has multiple interfaces to choose from, the operation is very convenient.
1. ZLYD-3200SK Automatic Stone Edge Chamfering Machine adopts a bridge frame structure, and the crossbeam is processed by a gantry machining center.
2. The Machine head adopts a linear guide rail and is equipped with a high-precision high-speed servo motor.
3. The saw blade can cut into the material from anywhere along the angle of 45 °.
4. High-quality cylinder clamping guide and pressure plate device are adopted.
5. The surface of the workbench is affixed with a rubber soft belt, which is not easy to scratch the surface when entering and exiting the plate. 6. The workbench is equipped with universal rollers for convenient loading and unloading of plates.
