Introduction
This instrument is mainly used to detect the tendency of insulating oil to release or absorb gas under the action of an electric field (or ionization) strong enough to cause discharge at the junction of oil and gas. Suitable for the determination of cable oils, capacitor oils and transformer oils (mineral or synthetic).
