Chemical Nature	As the reinforced material for cement, PVAF-ECC12 has the good performance of bending strength, impact resistance, as the fiber itself has the properties of chemical resistance and alkali resistance etc., it is harmless to human and environment, is an ideal replacement of asbestos. By using of PVAF-ECC12 in concrete, the workability (slump and expansion) of concrete and the influence of bubble effect can be reduced. The workability of concrete can be ensured by optimizing the aggregate gradation, adjusting the dosage of water reducer and selecting the appropriate fiber length and content.

Feature of application	PPVAF-ECC12 is specially used in ECC product system, with thicker diameter and more toughness. It can be used in shotcrete, underground engineering, water conservancy engineering, self-compacting concrete, with high toughness in hardened state and the advantages of self-vibrating and self-compacting. 1, PVA fiber as reinforcing material, can obtain the tensile strain - hardening characteristics. pva-ECC is characterized by high toughness, its ultimate tensile strain is greater than 3%, and saturation state of multi-point cracking. 2, ECC as a repair material, with high strength, good ductility, energy absorption and good resistance to cracking, in the reinforcement transformation can replace the use of reinforcing steel, thus simplifying the construction and reduce costs 3, Improve the performance of freeze-thaw cycle resistance. 4, with anti-wear, can reduce the road surface and other concrete surface dust spalling weathering.
Usage	The recommended additive amount of PVA fiber used for fiber cement products is 1.0%-2.0%, The optimal length is 6mm or 12mm, with which it can effectively increase the strength of the fiber cement products. PVAF-ECC12 is regarded as the most optimal environment-friendly and green material that can replace the asbestos. According to the formulation design, add PVAF-ECC12 into water, stir to make it pre-dispersed, then add the fiber cement to the mixing tank and stir with other materials until the end of the production

Storage condition	Keep away from heat or ignition sources. Don't store near strong oxidising agent (halogen, peroxide, etc)
