The case about after-sales service
A Pakistani customer ordered a 40-foot container bed head. Bubbles appeared on the blue film of the bed head when the goods arrived. There has never been a customer complained about bubbles on film of bed head. Our sales combined with the experience of the factory engineer and inquired the temperature of the customer's warehouse at 49°. Therefore we concluded the bubbles was caused by the too high temperature which caused the gas inside the gaps of bed head to expand and pushed up the film.
We immediately prepare the thick films, sent them to the customer by DHL at once, and did not delay the customer's use and sales.

A: Our factory is located in medical devices production zone, Jizhou District, Hengshui City which is near the capital Beijing. You can fly to Beijing Capital International airport. Then take 1 hour high speed train to our city.
