A chain hoist is a term for a piece of lifting equipment that is suspended (usually from a beam via a trolley) featuring a chain and hook. The hook is used to secure the object being lifted while the chain is used to lift the hook and the load attached to an appropriate height. Manual chain hoists require the user to pull one end of the chain to lift the load while electric hoists require the user only to push a button (up or down) to control a motor that will lift the load attached (providing it does not exceed the safe working load). Chain hoists can be suspended in a number of different methods, most come with a hook or trolley.

Shell	Made of light aluminum alloy, the cooling fin is specially designed to ensure quick heat dissipation with the rate up to 40% and continuous service. The integral enclosed structure is applicable to chemical plant and electroplated factory.
Side magnetic baking device	Latest design of magnetic orce generator, it allows instant brake as soon as the power off.
Support frame	Consist of two sturdy steel plates.
Transformer	24V\/36V/48V psed to prohibit unexected accident,for example, Electric leakage while raining.
Limit switch	To make the motor to stop automatically, to protect the chains safety.
Chain	Chinese Chain Or Imported FEC80 ultra heat-treatable alloy aluminum, It can used in poor environments such as raining, sea water and chemical.
Reverse protecting device	special cable solution protect control wire system.
Hook	hot forging with perfect strength, hard to break. The lower hook is ensured by 360 degree rotation with safety tongue piece.

Q6: What is the warranty period, and how can I claim warranty If my crane have any issue?
A6: Our warranty period is 12 months after cargo leave China port. If the crane have any issue, our after-sales team and engineer will help you solve the issue by email or Video conference. If the defect is caused by quality issue, we will ship the spare parts to you by air to help you fixed it as soon as possible.

A8: We recommend small batch by the way of air or LCL, but large delivery by the way of container or bulk vessel.
