1.If the house size is 100m*12m*3.2m, 3 lines of 4 tiers equipment can be installed with 47 units of cages each line, and total birds quantity can reach 18048 (3*47*128=18048 birds).
2.If the house size 100m*15m*3.0m, 4 lines of 3 tiers equipment can be installed with 47 units of cages each line, and total birds quantity is also 18048.(4*47*96=18048 birds)

1).The frame of cage is formed with the hot galvanized plate by using CNC machine, Accurate assembling can improve the stability of the cage structure, also avoid manure belt off running.
C-shape legs are formed of hot galvanized sheets for easy cleaning.

2)Automatic feeding system
The feeding system have two sets of trolleys,thay independently run. There set a strengthen tube along the bottom trough it is convenient for worker to stamp it.
3)Automatic drinking system
The square drinking pipes are installed on the longitudinal central axis of each tier of cage in order to save space, supplying water to layers of both sides. layers in both sides can touch two nipple drinkers.
4)Automatic manure removing system
4)Automatic egg collection systemcage bottom angle is 7°,the reasonable rolling angle is designed to reduce the rate of egg breakage
