XH7126 vertical machining center the overall rational layout is compact, stable performance and reliable quality, which can realize the X, Y, Z three-axis linkage, widely used in mechanical processing of aerospace, mould, automobile, internal combustion engines, textile machinery industries.
2. Main structure characteristic
X, Y, Z adopts linear guide, made by Taiwan, greatly improve the machining accuracy and efficiency of the machine.Three-way feed adopts large pitch, high-precision ball screw, three-axis servo motor and ball screw adopt direct connection form, adopt imported non-clearance elastic coupling, drive no clearance, small inertia, high transmission rigid, to ensure the positioning accuracy of the machine;The ball screw support adopts pre-tensile structure, which greatly reduces the influence of thermal deformation on the accuracy of the machine during the long running time.
