Character:1)Operation control system included the PLC programmable controller and the HMI human-machine interface. 2)Through the touch screen automatic operation setting, the worker can make high-quality precision screen.
3)The screen frame release/fix is performed by the foot switch which controlled the air pressure chuck.
4)Coating speed, coating time, and single and double-sided coating can be set freely.
5)Configure the pressure regulator. The coating thickness can be controlled by setting the coating pressure and the number of coatings. 6)Before the end of the stroke, automatically decelerate and apply to the frame 20mm away from the frame, no need to fill the edge.
7)Low vibration and no corrugation during coating,equipped with special steel for rails,
8)The operating system presets Chinese/English characters, multiple coating modes, and detailed parameter settings.
9)The high-precision aluminum photosensitive ink fountain with special corrosion-resistant treatment fits perfectly with the coating structure without gaps, keeping the coating smooth and even.Automatic coating steps(Operation Instruction) 1. Turn on the power switch button, adjust the scraper holder to the appropriate position, put the scraper in the scraper position and fix the scraper, then evenly put the photosensitive glue on the scraper, put the screen frame on the screen frame and adjust it to the appropriate position, then step on the foot pedal to lock the screen frame. 2. Switch the HMI screen to the automatic operation interface, adjust the coating rise and fall speed; the number of coating times on the front and back sides. 3. Adjust the coating pressure on the front and back sides. 4. Press the start button, and the equipment starts automatic coating. 5.
