Our SPZ-3R Refractory shotcrete machine is specifically designed for refractory dry-mix shotcrete applications. Compared with normal concrete spraying machine, there is an additional bag cutter added for easy operation. Our refractory gunning machine is specially designed for spraying refractory materials, castable in refractory repair installing project such as Aluminum Furnace Linings, Industrial Furnace Repair, Heat Treating Furnaces, Reheat Furnaces, Rotary Kiln Linings, Tunnel and Shuttle KiIns, Dryer and Combustion Chambers, Refractory Boiler Settings, Incinerator Rebuilds, Stack and Duct Linings, Ladle and Crucible Linings.
The working principle of the SPZ series concrete shotcrete machine:
The SPZ series concrete shotcrete machine is mainly composed by the driving device, rotorassembly , airway system,injection system,electrical control box. Mixed materials are discharged from the mixer into the shotcrete vibrating screen mesh feeding hopper,injected into the rotor body through the feeder then to the outlet,compressed air is introduced from the air chamber to blow the material into the discharge elbow,at same time another compressed air is introduced by the cyclone,the material is blown away in a multi-headed wind spiral state accelerate, and output rotation, float,to the material pipe,then,add some water or liquid accelerator and spray it out.

A: Yes, we have different models of shotcrete machine, the output is from 3m3/h to 7m3/h. Our shotcrete machine structure is similar with Aliva concrete spraying machine.
2. Q: Could you supply shotcrete machine with diesel engine, air motor?
A: Yes, our factory is professional on shotcrete production. We could make diesel or air motor concrete spraying machine.
3. Q: We want to have one person to control machine and spraying concrete, could you help us?
A: Yes, we could add remote control and adding a frequency modulator , then only one person can operate the machine.
4. Q: What is your warranty terms?
A: It is one year except wearing parts. We will delivery some wearing parts together with machine.
5. Q: What is the lead time?
A: Since it is our hot model, usually we have some in stock. If not in stock, it will take around 3 days for production.
6. Q: What's the payment you accept ?
A: As usual our payment is 30%T/T as deposit, and the 70% balance against the copy of B/L. Also we accept the payment such as L/C ,Escrow, Western Union Or PayPal.
