Product DescriptionThe 2S-185A two-stage water ring vacuum pump is a vacuum pump that utilizes a water ring to perform suction, compression, and exhaust functions.
Working principle:
1. The pump casing and impeller center are installed non concentrically, forming an eccentric structure.
When the impeller rotates, a sealed water ring filled with water is formed between the blades.
3. The eccentric fit between the water ring and the impeller causes periodic reciprocating motion of water between the blades.
4. By changing the volume between the blades, combined with fixed intake and exhaust ports, the suction, compression, and exhaust functions are achieved.
5. The dual stage structure allows the gas discharged from the first stage to be sucked in by the second stage, compressed and discharged by the second stage, reducing the exhaust pressure of the first stage and thereby increasing its suction limit vacuum degree.
Structural features:
1. Consisting of two stages of pumps in coaxial series, connected through a ventilation duct in the middle, the structure is compact.
2. The rotating part includes a shaft and two stages of impellers, while the fixed part includes an inlet and outlet gas turbine seat, two pump rings and an air distribution plate, and a bearing bracket.
3. The electric motor and pump are connected through couplings and installed on the same common base.
