Main Features 1.The door opening:The manual quick opening method,all operation steps can be completed easily by one person.The design is safe,fast,easy to operate,and efficient.It can be opened and closed normally during power outage.
2.Sealing Method:The sealing gasket is automatically inflated and sealed by compressed air during operation,the tank door will not leak out.When the door is opened,the air and the pressure in the sealing groove will be released,and the gasket can be back to the flange sealing groove automatically.Convenient and versatile,easy to maintain,sealing effect is obviously better than other methods.
3.The safety lock: 1)The automatic pressure interlocks When the pressure inside the tank reaches 0.01mpa,the floating chain automatically floats and lock the tank door,that can prevent the safety hazards caused by the workers' misoperation. 2)The manual interlocks The manual interlock must be opened when the door opened,otherwise the tank door can not be turned and the the tank door can not be opened, that solves the safety hazards caused by the misoperation of the worker. 3)The safety chain of sealing gasket As long as there is pressure in the sealing groove,the sealing gasket will firmly hold the flange.Only removing the pressure completely,the door can be opened.

Insulation process of the autoclave
