The GT-75 Gantry High-speed Machining Center not only has a high-rigidity and stable body structure, but also has excellent performance in high-speed and precision machining and is specially designed for high-precision small mold processing, providing you with a new choice to create advantages.
This machine is equipped with a 20,000rpm, HSK-A63 built-in electric spindle, with a three-axes cutting feed of 20 m/min and fast feed of 24 m/min, easily meeting the needs of high-speed machining high-efficiency.
The sheet metal appearance of JUGANG Precision Machinery is dominated by clean white and bright red, which is simple yet lively. Each machine meets the German Acc. VDDI 3441 accuracy standard.
Besides good spindle function, excellent ATC speed and fast displacement speed also ensure the machine's high speed and high efficiency.
This G75 high-speed and high-precision vertical machining center is the high-end level model of JUGANG and has a wide variety of optional configurations.
The three-axis travels are 750mm, 500mm and 400mm, respectively. The operation panel can be rotated 270° for easy operation
