A:Liquid anaerobic adhesive can be removed with a chemical solvent; Medium and low strength models can be disassembled using tools such as wrenches;
If the high-strength model cannot be disassembled with tools such as a wrench, it needs to be heated by a hot air gun or a flamethrower to over 230 degrees Celsius while disassembling. The remaining colloid can be burned or removed with a steel wire brush.
Q:Why does anaerobic thread adhesive take a long curing time?
A:The solidification of anaerobic adhesive is influenced by metal materials, temperature, and oxygen deficient conditions. Generally, at room temperature, the adhesive is initially solidified for 30 minutes (usually not easily twisted by hand) after oxygen deficiency in the thread gap of active metals (copper, iron, steel, etc.), and fully solidified after about 6 hours. It is recommended to put it into use after 24 hours, and the time is extended for inert metals or in winter.
