Quail egg shelling process line includes different working system. Such as quail egg feeding system, precooking&yolk centering system, high temperature boiling quail egg system, cooling system, shelling&lifter system, and quail egg peeling system. We can match the related complete set of halogen and packaging equipment according to customers' technological requirements, also can design size production plan according to customer requirements. Using the steam boiled egg spiral transmission, quail eggs can be flipped in the cooking process, and the centered quail eggs come from precooked area can be heated evenly in the cooking area, so that they can be cooked quickly.The boiled quail eggs enter the cooling tank, which is quickly cooled by ice water and transported to the crusher.
Quail egg shell break process, for more easier to the next peeling step. It is used with quail egg peeler, the shell is broken evenly, improve the efficiency and reduce the damage rate.
The peeling process of broken quail eggs, the egg collection conveyor belt for selecting unqualified egg products, the peeling rate is more than 98%, final quail eggs are more smooth and beautiful.
