Product Description
PVC is one of the widely used resins. Pure PVC resin is a rigid raw material with high melt viscosity and poor fluidity. Although it has the thermodynamic state of general amorphous linear polymer, it has a narrow tg-td range and is unstable to heat. It will degrade seriously at molding temperature, release hydrogen chloride gas, discolor and adhere to equipment. Therefore, it is necessary to add heat stabilizer, processing modifier, lubricant, impact modifier and other additives before molding. The production process of pressed rigid PVC plate includes the following steps:
Mixing: weighing PVC and various components according to a certain formula, adding each component into a high-speed mixer for geometric dispersion according to a certain feeding sequence;
Double roll plastic refining and drawing sheet: the mixed materials are melted, mixed and plasticized by double roll plastic refining machine to obtain PVC sheet with uniform composition for forming;
Pressing: put the PVC sheet into the constant temperature pressing mold, preheat, heat and pressure to melt and plasticize the PVC, and then cool and shape it into rigid PVC sheet.
When material comes through Flat die ,sheet can be directly into the Sizing model and tractor for cooling-sizing and pulling process.
