Vertical Mixer 300 L 1) Mixing capacity: 14-17 bags flour, one bag 25 kgs flour, dough about 300 L/batch. 2) Mixing time 15-35 minutes/batch. 3) Mixing speed: revolutions speed 150 R/min. 4) 304 Stainless steel Bowl, thickness 5 mm.

Dough Tipping and Cutting Conveyor This system has included one small dough truck, automatic tipper, one dough cutting and transport machine, and soft dough conveyor belt.

Three-Roll Sheeter 1) Gauge roller 3 pcs 2) Food grade PU belt 3) Groove type feeding roller 4) Dough sheeting thickness can be adjust 5) Safety cover on top of Gauge roll

BCD gauge roller This equipment is necessary for making hard biscuits. Its function is to press the sheet of dough continuously until the dough has reached the desired thickness.

Rotary Cutter Rotary cutter is forming machine for hard and cracker biscuit. Rotary Moulder Rotary moulder is used in making soft biscuit.

Bakery oven Ovens divided into: electric ovens , gas ovens , diesel ovens (optional)

Stacker Stackers divided into: star wheel stackers / discrepancy speed stackers (optional) Cooling conveyor Natural air cooling by PU conveyor belt, PU belt thickness 1 mm GUOMAO brand , bevel wheel with high drive efficiency, low noise and work stability and so on.
