The UPS-20J mining shotcrete truck is a special equipment developed and upgraded based on the initial concrete shotcreting technology and construction conditions of domestic mines. It boasts a maximum shotcreting volume of 20m³/h and is widely utilized in wet shotcreting operations for supporting concrete in underground mines or small and medium-sized underground works. The equipment is characterized by large shotcreting volume, pipe blockage proof, low rebound, stable and reliable performance, among other features.
It features a diesel and electric dual system, electric construction, diesel emergency response, ensuring continuous construction progress.
Operated via wireless remote control, enabling precise control over the mechanical arm operation, resulting in fast, efficient, safe, and energy-saving performance.
Equipped with a 400L accelerator tank to meet the construction volume requirements for large sections.
The equipment has a small turning radius, making it convenient for entering and exiting small spaces.
The maximum shotcreting volume reaches 20m ³/h, showcasing high shotcretingefficiency and pipe blockage proof.
