EQUIPMENT OVERVIEW This trainer is designed according to actual 20/5t bridge crane, the voltage class of motor adopted is same as the actual machine tool. The body is made of casting, it is fully fashioned by dedicated mould. The guide rail adopts high frequency quenching process, which is durable in use. Various motion controls can be achieved by the operation of electrical part, such as main hook lifting, secondary hook lifting, left/right movement of big vehicle, backward/forward movement of small vehicle, main hook lifting speed governing, secondary hook lifting speed governing, big and small vehicle moving speed governing, limiting position protection, etc. With related testing points on panel, all the connection points of lathe electrical circuit can be measured, which is convenient for students to detect faults. The control panel is configured with fault setting box, it is controlled by fault switches and available for more than 20 fault points.
