Description:
1. PET Sheet Extrusion Machine is a combination of Raw material handling system, Extruder, Special Vacuum system,Special Screen Changer, melt pump, T-die, Three roll calender, temperature controller, Edge trimming unit, Edge trimming winder, Silicone coating & dryer, Haul-off, Winder, electric control cabinet and spare parts.
2. Screw and barrel adopt 38CrNiMoA,♦Special design of PET parallel twin-screw extruder; no need crystallize & dehumidify-dryer; ♦Elements screw design meets more material applications; ♦Four vents of barrel match the European technology vaccum system; ♦Universal Extruder design for 100% PET flakes or mixture of virgin + flakes, also available for running PP HIPS, PLA;♦Higher torgue gearbox, more capacity.
3. Good plasticizing, fast cooling, high output and stability, full automatic controlled by PLC.
4. This machine is suitable for mono-layer or multi-layer PET, PP, HIPS, PLA plastic sheet. It's widely used in the fields of plastic thermoforming products: fruit & vegetable containers, food/ cake boxes, egg trays, seedling trays, electric trays, stationery folders, decorative sheet, medical sheet, cups...
5. It adopts EU standard design. Siemens parts: motor, inverter, HIM, PLC control, buttons, air breaker; JCtimes: melt pump, T-die; GNORD: gearbox; NSK: roll bearing.

Electric control system
PLC (S7-1500, Siemens) screen: monitors all the temperature, speed, current and load rate of the whole production line. It has data processing function on screen: temperature, speed and pressure have trend curve for inquiry; alarm information display, as well as detailed historical alarm records, storage and transfer of process formula data.
