Application
The centrifuge of HY800-N type is a continuously operated and pulsated hydraulic discharge filter centrifuge, whose stages offering, separating, washing, drying, and discharging, etc., can all be carried out at full speed.
The centrifuge is suitable for separating suspensions containing coarse particles or short fibrous materials with the following characteristics:
⊙Temperature: ≤110ºC
⊙Mean granularity of solid phase: ≥0.25 mm.
⊙Content of solid phase: 50 ~ 60 %
⊙Stable and homogeneous feed.
The machine of this type advantages large throughput, lower power consumption, little damage to solid particles, small floor space. Althea sections in contact with materials are made of stainless steel of SS 304 , SS316L or other anti-corrosive material, which makes the machine suitable for handling materials such as ammonium bicarbonate, ammonium soleplate, chromic alum,urea,nitro cotton and celery salt etc. however, inapplicable to materials containing chlorine. Therefore, the centrifuge finds its wide application in industries such as fertilizer, chemical, salt-made, ands on.

Note:
The quantity of production capacity is obtained from the suspension of ammonium bicarbonate with the following characteristics:
⊙Volumetric content of solid phase: ≥60 % (by volume)
⊙Moisture content of filter residue: ≤3.5 %(by weight)
Principles of operation(as shown in figure 1)
The suspension is fed from the feed pipe<1>, then it flows into the conical distributing hopper< 3> mounted on the push pan. Under centrifugal force field, and through the clearances between the push pan and distributing hopper, the suspension is throw onto the screen where liquid phase can be discharged out of basket through the screen mesh opening and pores on the basket<4>, then be collected in the mother-collector; while solid phase can build up filter cake over the screen. because of reciprocation of push pan<6>, the cake can be pushed forward along basket both axially and continuously, finally, be pushed out of basket into the outlet of front casing<2>.
The reciprocation of push pan can be achieved by manipulating the automatic hydraulic mechanism. Under pressure of 2.5 ~ 3.0 Map, the sliding vane pump pumps oil from its tank and strainer to either of two sides of complex oil cylinder: one side for sucking oil, and the other for returning the unloaded oil to the tank through the inner cavity of belt pulley.
The pressurized oil pushes the piston, which will peruses the changeover rod to change direction so that the piston can move left and right. Thus, the push pan connected with piston will reciprocate, and the times of reciprocation can be adjusted by the complex throttle valve<16>
