The bridge saw machine is more cost-effective than the 5-axis cutting machine. This is a new type of machine developed by Dafon machinery. It mainly processes some conventional shapes such as washbasin countertops, circles, and rectangles. The configuration can be rotated 45-90 degrees Cutting head and engraving head, compared with the conventional 4-axis bridge saw cutter, have more complete functions, and the processing table is faster, more accurate, and more efficient.
This adopts PLC system and Human-machine interface, togethering with ultra-high precision rotary encoder positioning and infrared device. There are Chinese & English double operation language, using inverter to control left right feeding , It adjusts the speed according to stone material, using hydraulic lifting system which equipped through 4 guide post, also this machine provides the unique side beam protection device, main spare parts adopted imported high-quality world famous brand materials.
