Pressed bearings -For the purpose of cost down on standard precision ball bearings, commercial bearings were developed.
Mostly outer ring as well as casing are made by pressed process, and those are assembled by pressing and calking process with inner ring which is basically machined by cutting process.

1.1 Structure and classification
Rolling bearing (below abbreviated as bearing)is commonly composed of ring,roller and cage. According to the rolling category.It is divided into ball bearing and roller bearing.

(1) It is equipped with high standard and ample specifications with fine interchangeability.
(2) General and can bear the load and axial load.
(3) It is applicable for use in high and low temperature.
4) It is fit for use in high speed condition.

Single-row deep groove ball bearing is the structure with the widest application in rolling bearings. The bearing can simultaneously bear radial load and axial load. It is fit for use in the occasions such as high-speed rotation, low noise etc.
Apart from open-type, it also has the bearing with steel shield, e.g.626ZZ and the bearing with rubber seal ring, e.g.626-2RS.
