Functions at a glanceThe FTSILO TGSS conveyor chain is made of manganese steel plate, with high tensile strength and long service life; The raceway adopts polymer wear-resistant materials, eliminating sliding noise and reducing power consumption; The machine slot is made of steel plate pressed and welded with angle steel, with high strength and good sealing performance; Through computer-aided design, accurately select motors and reducers to achieve efficient and energy-saving production.
Chain conveyor
TGSS series buried scraper conveyor is mainly composed of head, tail, feeding section, middle section, scraper chain, driving device and other parts. The head, tail and each conveying section are connected with flange bolts (type 42 below) or side plate bolts (type 50 above) and sealed with gaskets, and the cover plate is clamped with multiple chucks to ensure good sealing.
