OW cooling tower fill belong to counter flow cooling tower fill, it is glued together to be a block which is full of the middle bottom in tower. The thickness are 0.28mm-0.38mm; the width are 150mm,305mm,610mm; the length are 1200mm,1800mm,2000mm,2400mm; the pitch distance are 12mm,15mm,19mm and 25mm.
The 19mm is normal size. It is also called CF1900,CF1200. It means the fill will be glue to be a block which size is 305mmx305mmx1200mm. The honeycomb is in the vertical direction to make sure the cool air meet the hot water directly.
Usually there are 2 or 3 layers in the bottom of the cooling tower. There are PVC air inlet louver match the CF1900 fill to make sure the water- treatment surface area proportion arrive to 248m2/m3, and the typical face velocity arrive to 2.0-3.5m/s.
