1, How can I use the IP door phone if I do not have a IP PBX?
Better you have, IP PBX/server is very important to the door phones.
You could still use the door phone if you do not have, but it just that you run a train on the ground but not the rail.
2, How to use mobile phone to open door remotely?
Once the call astablished, you cold entry the password on the keypad(touch pad can be ok too) to open the door
3, How can I find this IP door phone IP address?
Press the # key and hold for over 10 seconds.
4, Can I install it outside?
Yes, if there might be rain or water, Q504 up to IP66 fully waterproof, it can be installed outside.
5, Is there any logo on the surface and web management? Can I OEM?
NO, can provide OEM if order above 500 pcs, one color silkprint logo on front panel.
6, Does the seting complicated? How many languages does it support
NO, just like most IP products/IP telephones, we have setup wizard on the web management interface. You could set it up step by step.
