Vulcanizing autoclaves utilize internal steam (live steam), a combination of live steam and hot air, or hot air alone. The process involves subjecting the rubber or plastic material to controlled heat and pressure within the autoclave. The heat and pressure cause the rubber molecules to cross-link, resulting in improved strength, elasticity, and durability.
