It adopts Siemens 828D secondary development CNC system, which is simple and easy to learn, relieving customers from the pain of replacing skilled workers, and is equipped with Siemens servo motor, which has good compatibility and stable and accurate movement.
Structure
The main machine consists of bed, head, tail, grinding head, transmission and dust-absorbing device and other components. The head of the machine, the grinding head can be rotated at an angle, the fixture for grinding the thimble and chamfering the skin roller, the dynamic balancing frame, and the skin roller detector are ordered by the customer.

Ontology

Automatic lubrication system

Grinding wheel head feed shaft

Tail seat

Working head
