Main Core Components: 1.A fully automatic microcomputer control panel with digital display accurately reflects the temperature and humidity of the proofing cabinet, and it has a timer function.
2.Imported sensors from Germany, the machine is versatile with three functions in one: refrigeration, freezing, and proofing, suitable for proofing a variety of breads.
3.The cabinet is constructed with stainless steel both inside and out, equipped with imported Tecumseh compressors and pure copper tube evaporators, which not only have an aesthetically pleasing appearance but also offer a long service life.
4.Equipped with an advanced expansion-type thermostat, it can control both temperature and humidity separately.
5.Utilizing high-quality blowers with a hot air circulation design ensures that the temperature and humidity within the cabinet are evenly consistent.
6.It features a drainage system, which facilitates regular cleaning and ensures food hygiene.
