Application

Product Description
First, the stone material is uniformly fed into the jaw crusher by the feeder for preliminary crushing, and then the generated coarse material is conveyed by the belt conveyor to the impact crusher for further crushing.
The finely crushed stone enters the vibrating screen and separates the stones of different specifications. The stones that do not meet the particle size requirements are returned by the belt conveyor to the impact crusher for re-crushing, forming a closed circuit multiple cycles.
The finished product size can be combined and graded according to the user's needs. In order to protect the environment, auxiliary dust removal equipment can be equipped.
In the stone production line, the hardness of the broken material does not exceed 320Mpa, such as granite, basalt stone, etc., all of which are applicable to the secondary crushing process. The main equipments are: vibrating feeder - deep cavity rupture (primary crushing) - stone crusher (second stage crushing, can be impact crusher, hammer crusher, impact crusher) - vibrating screen - finished stone, conveying material in the middle by belt conveyor.
When the hardness of materials is no more than 150Mpa, in order to save customer costs and improve work efficiency, primary molding equipment is generally adopted. Its main equipment is: vibration feeder -- hammer crusher -- vibration screen -- finished stone, and belt conveyor is used to transfer materials between the equipment
