01 PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
INTRODUTION&STRUCTURE: This is double sides sanding machine with two sanding heads, for making particle board, osb board, and mdf board. Usually the sanding machine will not be one set, and each set has different function, some sanding machine for rough sanding, some for fine sanding, so usually you need the full sanding line, to make your wood based panel board good quality.

Step3: Drum Dryer for drying the wet wood strands.	Step4: Gluing Machine for make glue on wood strands and evenly distributed.

Step5: Forming Line for uniform distribution of the flakes both lengthwise and crosswise as well as the layer formation of top and middle layer flakes over the cross section of the panel.	Step6: Continuous Press Machine for pre press particleboard, and make it a certain initial strength.

Step7: Hot Press Machine for pressing woos based board in a high pressure and heating temperature.	Step8: Edge Saw Machine for cutting the board into the required sizes and specifications, usually with both cross-cutting and longitudinal cutting methods.
