Working Process
High-end laminator designed as a modular system. Different modules can be combined, enabling a multitude of functions and processes. For example, both-sided lamination can be done in one or two separate modules depending on the desired per hour capacity. Also, the cards can be fed to the laminator in landscape or portrait formats, allowing for various printer connections.
Laminates hologram ribbon with all kinds of cards, including optical variable images. Using a temperature-controlled heating roller, an extremely thin hologram foil is applied onto the id card surface. The laminator can be integrated into an automated personalization system or used as a stand-alone system.
