Product Description
Compact, Mass-Produced, Cost-Effective:
Compact structure, modularity of main components, easy to maintain and easy to install. Active measuring device for full closed-loop control of the grinding process. Additionally installed robotic arms or robotic units enable to achieve unmanned operation and connected processing.
Ontology:
The body and components are cast by FC-25 cast iron. After two manual annealing treatment. After natural aging treatment. Components are processed by YASDA, MITSUI, SEIKI, TOSHIBA, ELB and other world-class equipment once clamping processing. Precision size can be up to micron level, to ensure high precision equipment basic components.
Automatic lubrication system:
Machine guide rails and precision ball screws are continuously lubricated by automatic lubrication system to ensure longer service life and accuracy. The cooling system is separated from the body to eliminate vibration and favorable heat dissipation.
Automatic system:
Customized, highly automated grinding system with a wide selection of options, including automatic end measuring device, automatic outside diameter measuring device, hydraulic tailstock device and highly integrated automatic loading and unloading system.
Grinding wheel head feed shaft:
The grinding feed system is composed of a V and a flat track with precise hand cutting, automatic lubrication system, precision ball screw, high precision and high power servo motor. It has the characteristics of smooth movement, excellent repeated positioning accuracy and long service life of the track.
Static spindle
Static pressure bearing oil film, from starting to stop always work under the support of oil film, very low wear. Long service life, high rotation accuracy, oil film stiffness, the machine can maintain accuracy for a longtime.
Motorized spindle
High speed, low vibration, low noise, smooth movement. High processing efficiency, low roughness and good precision.
C3 class ball screw
Due to static lubrication features, friction interaction can be reduced, and can increase rigidity and positioning accuracy.

Hand spatula
The contact surface of the guide rail is reduced by precision hand-shoveling and lubricating oil system to ensure high precision and wear resistance of axial movement.
Spindle head
Three jaw chuck can be installed, and can be matched with different working chuck design to facilitate the research of different workpiece. The grinding spindle has the function of centering and simultaneous movement, and the user can make quick conversion in the top machining and three claw clamping machining (special accessories).
