During the operation of the power system, when there is a power outage due to faults or maintenance, emergency power supply vehicles need to be used to meet the basic needs of users for rapid power supply. But after the emergency power supply vehicle arrives at the scene, the staff need to open the low-voltage and high-voltage incoming switches, hang the grounding wire, and then remove the bolts on the low-voltage busbar before connecting the cable to the incoming line for power generation. However, when encountering situations where the distance between the tram and the distribution room is relatively long, the cable connection time is also relatively long, making it difficult to quickly and safely connect with the user end. Therefore, NL-YJDY-CT and NL-YJDY-CZ low-voltage quick emergency plugs/sockets are needed.
The NL-YJDY-CT and NL-YJDY-CZ low-voltage quick emergency plugs/sockets are divided into: cable male plugs, cable female plugs, and board end female sockets. The cable female plug is used for connecting power vehicle cables and can be used in conjunction with the cable male plug. The cable plug socket and cable connection use crimping method. The board end socket is installed on the distribution cabinet and fastened with nuts and nuts to the wires. When the male plug is inserted into the female socket, the copper pillar of the male plug and the elastic strap style multi-point contact finger structure in the circular hole of the copper pillar of the socket cooperate to achieve pressure based multi-point contact, forming a reliable conductive path. After the male plug is inserted into place, it rotates 90 degrees to achieve locking and prevent accidental disconnection of the connector.
