A1 Yes. We offer the sample as free, but the delivery fee has to be paid by customer. We will refund the charge after you placed an order.

Q2 Can you provide the packing box with our design?
A2 If you order above 3000 pieces, it is absolutely that we can provide you the product with your design. By the way, you should provide us the necessary information.

Q3 I prefer to shipping the products by DHL express will you do that for me?
A3 Yes, we will shipping the products as your reqeust. But pls kindly note that normally we send via HK
DHL. We will inform you the tracking number within 3 days. The delivery time is 3-7days from the day
we give you the tracking number.

Q4 Is there cheap shipping cost to import to our country?
A4 For small order,express will be best.And for bulk order,sea ship way is best but take much time.

Q5 How about the Package? if they card stand for long way shipment?
A5 Our products would be package in a hard cardboard box first, and then in a 3 layers carton with professional cushioning material, and will be fixed tightly, even shipment by sea is no problem.
