Our Plastic PET bottle crushing washing recycling line is working to process different kinds of plastics like beverage bottles, mineral water bottles, oil bottle bottles,plastic bin,etc.
This recycling line is composed of bottle & flake crushing, cold & hot washing & cleaning, flake dewatering & drying, dust & label removal,etc.
By crushing,constantly washing,high efficiency drying performance, bottle will be very cleand and dry.
We can manufacturing the production line according to the customer requirement and final flakes quality requirements.
This production line is high automatic operating and save labor cost and low after maintenance. Our machinery is widely used in domestic and abroad in many countries.
Working flow:
Belt conveyor → Crusher→ Spiral pole →Heat cleaning machien→ Spiral pole → Soda delinking → Vertical dewatering machine → dry system → Cyclones Silo→control system
Features and application
1.High automation level, try best to reduce your cost on labor (especially for three shifts) and ensure high processing capacity: 200-2000kg/hr
2. Friendly control system (PLC integrated & separated control on each machine) and Touch screen panel, easy for operation, monitor and emergency stop.
3. All parts contacting with plastic material and water are made of high-quality 304 or 316 stainless steel; Ensure no second pollution to flakes.
